We’re seeking a Sales Account Manager to support a leading industry company’s team. Located in a hybrid environment with the office serving as the primary workspace, this role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with strong sales operations and account management experience. Sales Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily communication with retail and vendor partners to monitor sales performance, order statuses, and fulfillment processes.
  • Cultivate collaborative relationships with partners to support account growth and streamline operations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to optimize replenishment and product assortment decisions.
  • Oversee the complete purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness from entry to shipment.
  • Generate regular sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and address risks across wholesale accounts.


Sales Account Manager Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in sales operations, wholesale management, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Experience with Shopify or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
