Role Description

Client is seeking a full-time Sales Account Manager for the Evensburg, PA area. This on-the-road position focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and effectively managing accounts. Key responsibilities include generating new business leads, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Manage multiple client accounts effectively, addressing needs and resolving issues promptly.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in customer service and client relationship management.

  • Demonstrated experience in account management and handling multiple client portfolios.

  • Strong skills in lead generation and business development.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with strong time management skills.

  • Experience in the fuel or energy industry is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
