The role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team, to become responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, while actively working to satisfy customers needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and deliver a positive customer experience.
What youll do:
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies
- Be the Customer main point of contact for business related topics
- Maintain assigned accounts and provide ongoing Customer sales support
- Work cooperatively with the Sales Region Manager
- Elaborate Commercial proposals in alignment with available corporate processes
- Perform adequate Customer updates through the existing CRM, including Customer short- and long-term forecasts. Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and proactively communicate concerns and suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities
- Ensure adequate follow up of Customer requests and escalations, by involving the adequate stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless transition from Customer Orders (won deals) to Engineering Operations (project execution)
- Act as delegated Steering Committee member for existing customer projects
Requirements
What you must have:
- Experience in manufacturing software sales and account management
- Ability to work in multicultural environments
- Ability to manage multiple accounts in multiple market segments
- Preferred Experience using a CRM system such as MS Dynamics
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented
- Excellent English language skills (Native or Proficiency level)
- Availability to travel
