From sales to office management and customer service, this position offers the chance to nurture both plants and your career! While the role has an office component, you'll get to stretch your legs with inventory support and order pulling in the field.This seasonal position runs through the vibrant Summer season, wrapping up in Novemberan amazing opportunity to jump in, make a real impact, and enjoy your winters off!We are seeking candidates that are able to commit to M-F 7am-4:30pm & Saturdays (7a-12p April-July)Key Responsibilities:Be the backbone of our sales operations: Process orders and quotes, coordinating with sales, dispatch, and operations from start to finish.Keep the garden growing: Organize the backroom, maintain stock levels, and ensure products are always ready to bloom.Support our sales team: Help locate, tag, and photograph products when needed.Collaborate with marketing: Assist with photo and copy requests to help our brand flourish.Become a product expert: Dive deep into our nursery stock and become the go-to resource for all things green.Support the office: Assist with managing supplies and office needs alongside the Office Manager.Cashiering with a smile: Greet customers, manage transactions at the front counter and outdoor kiosk, and ensure smooth checkouts.Inspect with care: Verify customer loads for accuracy and ensure top-notch quality control as they leave the yard.Stay connected: Answer calls and emails with ease, ensuring every interaction is warm and efficient.And more: Tackle special projects and tasks as they sprout up!What We're Looking For:Variety is your thing: You thrive in a role that blends office tasks with active, hands-on work.A passion for plants: Previous experience in the nursery industry is a plus, and you'll quickly become knowledgeable about all our stock.
