Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
Receiving, verifying, and processing customer orders via phone, email, or in person.
Customer Support: Acting as a point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues, and providing after-sales service.
Maintaining accurate customer databases, updating records, and managing files
Compiling daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports, tracking KPIs, and monitoring sales team targets.
Coordinating deliveries, managing inventory levels, raising invoices, and checking stock.
Schedule:
· Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay:
· $25/hr.
Requirements:
· Previous experience
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable and punctual
· Attention to detail
