Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing internal sales activities, including customer communication and order support, while building and maintaining strong relationships with both domestic and international customers.
Responsibilities- Manage internal sales activities, ensuring effective customer communication and order support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both domestic and international customers.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain customer and sales information.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests in a timely manner.
- Utilize CRM and other computer systems to track sales activities and generate reports.
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service.
- Experience in sales support and order processing.
- Strong administrative and data entry skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Suite and CRM systems.
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service within an office environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in standard business applications.
- CRM experience is a plus.
This is a full-time on-site position. Enjoy a structured work schedule with typical hours from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We value work-life balance, allowing you to work your 8 hours and go home without requiring overtime.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sykesville, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
