What you’ll do
- Evaluate individual customer needs and financial status to educate clients on insurance plans
- Take initiative and work independently while working in a fast-paced environment
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationship
- Meet sales targets and develop sales techniques
- Reach out to customer leads by using our in-house platforms
- Exceed client expectations by resolving customer problems and complaints
- Work with a variety of A-rated carriers to tailor each client’s experience
- Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Requirements
Who are you
- Professional and charismatic demeanor
- Customer service experience
- Call center experience is a plus
- Costumer service experience appreciated
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Highly self-motivated and goal oriented
- Outstanding networking and client relationship skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to connect with our client
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Proficient)
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
