Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Sales and Marketing Specialist to develop and implement effective strategies that will enhance our company's presence in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for the event planning industry. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to drive growth and expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads, build and maintain strong client relationships, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to understand our services and develop compelling sales and marketing materials.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Represent Enchanted Garden Event Planning at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or extensive experience in a similar field
- 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the event planning or related industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven and excels in achieving results.
- Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
