Sales and Operations Manager

Our client is looking for a Sales and Operations Manager. The position is onsite located in Katy, TX. Salary: up to $90k + uncapped commission (OTE year: 120-250k depending on performance) Responsibilities Oversaw financial performance and profitability for U.S. operations Led end-to-end sales efforts, from identifying opportunities to securing partnerships Built and managed a high-performing regional team through hiring and leadership Coordinated campaign delivery to ensure smooth execution and quality outcomes Developed and maintained strong client partnerships, supporting long-term success Drove regional growth by uncovering new opportunities and structuring innovative deals Required Qualifications Background in sales, operations, project coordination, or business roles Leadership experience or interest in managing teams Familiarity with production processes and quality execution Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable in fast-paced environments Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of initiative Strong work ethic with the ability to manage long sales cycles Accountable and solution-oriented when challenges arise Committed to long-term growth and building something meaningful #J-18808-Ljbffr
