Arclight Dynamics: Sales and Social Media Specialist
Arclight Dynamics is the leading manufacturer of precision CNC plasma systems used in a variety of production capacities by businesses across the globe. Located in Bend Oregon and founded in 2011, Arclight Dynamics is a rapidly growing, highly successful company with incredible advancement potential. Arclight is currently looking to hire a charismatic motivated and experienced individual as a Sales and Social Media Specialist.
The Sales and Social Media Specialist will work directly with customers selling mechanized CNC Plasma Machines. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. This position is specific to the management of the companys social media accounts, making daily and weekly contributions that promote the brand look and feel. This position will also work with the companys e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
We will train the right candidate to understand and use our products.
Sales and Social Media Specialist Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to
- Promote and Sell Arclight CNC plasma tables
- Manage the companys social media accounts (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Develop Social Media Content and Assets using Apps, Video Editing Software, Photoshop, and Adobe Suite
- Answer sales calls and make timely follow up calls to leads
- Create and distribute quotes for customers
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage new and existing leads, work customers through the sales pipeline
- Learn and utilize Quickbooks to create quotes and manage sales orders
- Manage and Process ecommerce transactions
- Accurately enter customer data into company ERP system
- Learn to operate CNC plasma system, present trainings and sales demonstrations
- Contribute persuasive copy and content to social media regularly that accurately conveys the spirit of the company as well as brand recognition
Desired experience:
- High integrity, good listening, and strong communication skills
- Two years competitive sales or customer support experience with direct consumer and B2 B sales
- Strong computer skills, experience with CRM software
- Background in social media content creation and management
- Graphic design and Videography experience preferred
- E-commerce experience highly desirable
- The successful candidate must be outgoing and self directed in the execution of time sensitive projects
Compensation:
$20-$24 DOE plus monthly bonus potential based on departmental sales performance
