We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by entering orders, supporting customers in ordering and pickup. Managing accounts, reviewing leads and assisting with product demos and quotes. This position requires a keen understanding of the market and the ability to analyze sales data to drive results. We are a commercial print shop with in house manufacturing and production of large format graphics.
Responsibilities
- Assist in account management by maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Support the sales team in lead generation activities, identifying potential customers through research and outreach.
- Enter accurate orders for clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for upselling and packages.
- Facilitate product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance overall sales performance.
- Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights that can help refine our approach.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong skills in account management and lead generation are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- A proactive attitude towards upselling products and services.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
