JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential applications and accounts
• Solicit new accounts through telemarketing and email
• Service existing accounts by responding to phone and email inquiries
• Work with Management to develop targets
• Enter call notes, quotes, and orders into computer system
• Prepare and submit customer quotations

Individual will use a proactive approach to provide excellent customer service by determining customer needs and assisting in recommendation of materials and/or fabrication services

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

· Excellent communication skills

· Willingness to learn and demonstrate initiative

· Two years of Customer Service preferred

-  Industrial sales experience preferred

DETAILS

· Mondays through Thursdays 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

· Fridays 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
