Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Help customers locate merchandise within the store and provide product recommendations when needed.
Stock shelves and maintain organized displays.
Utilize software systems to check out customers, manage inventory, and verify pricing.
Organize existing stock and follow planograms to reset displays as required.
Ensure signage and price labels are accurate and up to date.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products we offer.
Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate peak business hours and special events.
Effectively multitask and follow instructions to ensure efficient store operations.
Requirements:
Basic computer and phone skills to navigate software systems and communicate effectively.
Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug testing.
Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items as required.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner.
Detail-oriented and able to follow planograms and instructions accurately.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.
