Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking energetic, customer‑focused candidates for Sales Associate openings in Mounds View, MN.   • 3 days/week: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • 2 days/week: 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
  • Every Other Saturday Required
• Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through product options
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on features, pricing, warranties, and product benefits
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure displays are customer‑ready
• Process sales transactions, financing paperwork, and customer orders accurately
• Assist with inventory tasks including stocking, tagging, and product movement
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to learn product features and explain them clearly to customers
• Comfortable working on your feet and performing light physical tasks
• Dependable, professional, and motivated to help customers
