Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Research andidentifynew business opportunities using CRM systems, industry databases, and online resources
  • Qualify leads and convert prospects into sales opportunities for our sales team
  • Build andmaintainstrong relationships with potential customers throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and customer experience
  • Maintainaccuraterecords and track activities in our CRM system
  • Provide valuable market feedback and customer insights to our product and marketing teams
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Whatyoullneed to succeed:


Minimum Requirements-

  • 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development roles
  • Demonstratedexpertisein phone-based communication, lead qualification, and relationship building techniques
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools,proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present confidently to diverse audiences

Preferred Qualifications-

  • Bachelor's degree

Physical Requirements-

  • Ability to perform typical office tasks, including sitting or standing for extended periods, using a computer, communicating effectively, and occasionally lifting light items
