You will observe and participate in managing various business sizes, helping clients meet their objectives through branding, customer acquisition, cross-sell/upsell, customer satisfaction, retention, and account development. A recent American Marketing Association report states that 25% of current CEOs rose through Sales and Marketing. Forbes highlights three reasons salespeople make great CEOs: they understand the difference between intelligence and wisdom, are persuasive and action-oriented, and possess empathy and understanding of the business's intangible aspects. Your role will involve generating prospects through outbound calling, email marketing, networking, direct mail, content marketing, and other methods. Some prospects will become repeat clients, purchasing our solutions and services. PIP New England is a well-established B2B provider of print, signs, and marketing services, with nearly 52 years in business. We offer offset and digital printing, signage, and marketing services to help businesses grow and succeed. We provide a salary plus commission, onboarding, multimedia and one-on-one sales training, ongoing online and regional/national event training, leads from our Automated Marketing Program, and an awards and incentives program. We expect you to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn our products and sales techniques. You will be responsible for lead generation, networking, appointment setting, cold calling, email and direct mail campaigns, and conducting presentations and demos both at our location and at client sites.
