Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, ensuring the timely execution of shipments, and maintaining communication with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon and involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth operational processes.QualificationsProven experience in Sales Coordination and freight Operations to assist in managing documentation, quotes, and follow-upsMaintain customer records, sales reports, and MISHandle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with internal teamsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and build lasting relationshipsBasic understanding of freight forwarding sales processes and operations within the logistics or freight forwarding industryProficiency in using MS Office tools and other relevant softwareAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks efficientlyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
