Bandit Wellness is a high-end recovery and longevity center offering luxury modalities at a fraction of the price you'd find elsewhere. We're growing fast — with multiple locations on the horizon — and we're looking for a competitive, personable Sales Counselor to join our team in Encinitas.

What you'll do:

• Run full-cycle membership sales — from first conversation to close
• Work with warm, quality leads coming through the door
• Build genuine relationships and help members invest in their health and recovery
• Hit personal sales targets in a results-driven, team-oriented environment

What we're looking for:

• 1–2+ years of sales experience (required)
• Athletic background or genuine passion for health and wellness
• High energy, self-motivated, and great with people — personality matters here
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
• Smartphone required; available M–Saturday (~45–50 hrs/week)

Compensation:

• $22/hour base + 20% commission on memberships
• Average membership: $220/month (plus paid-in-full annual options)
• New reps earning ~$5,000/month — top earners hitting $9,000+/month
• Biweekly pay
• W2 position
