Are you energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people find the perfect vehicle? Honda of Shortpump is looking for a driven Automotive Salesperson to join our growing team! We offer a supportive environment, strong leadership, and all the tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Build rapport and deliver a positive, professional sales experience
• Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and feature demonstrations
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership inventory
• Work collaboratively with the sales team, finance department, and management
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
