We are seeking a high energy Sales Consultant to join our team! This position will assist customers, build relationships and originate sales in person and virtually.

Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the selection process, negotiate and find the best deal for the customer and the company.
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create social media post to increase your and the companies online visibility

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Compensation:

Blue Sky Pay Plan - performance based; average sales people make 50-80k a year above average make 120k+ We do not cap you and we have incentives running based on gross all month. We want you to make money. We offer BCBSLA medical and dental as well as Colonial Supplemental Policies
