Sales Consultant – Residential Remodeling | Rockville, MD
- Full-Time | In-Person | Established Company in Growth Mode
- Compensation: During the 4-6 month training period, earn a guaranteed $500/week plus 5% commission on all sales. After training, compensation shifts to a full 10% commission.

As we expand our digital presence and sharpen our brand, we are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant who can balance empathy for the customer with a strong sense of business results.
What You'll Do
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowner leads
- Focus your time and energy on meaningful conversations with interested clients from inbound and qualified leads
- Actively listen and guide clients through home improvement options
- Help homeowners find the right solutions for roofing, siding, windows, and more while providing a friendly, no-pressure experience
- Generate new leads through canvassing in local neighborhoods
- Be the face of our company as you connect with homeowners in neighborhoods with active or recent installs, introducing them to our company
- Leverage our estimation tool to streamline your sales process
- Use our user-friendly tech platforms and proven best practices to create estimates, manage follow-ups, and close deals efficiently
- Collaborate with a supportive and experienced team
- Work together with our project managers and office staff to ensure a smooth handoff and an exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in home improvement or residential sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Building trust with the homeowner while staying focused on sales goals
- Coachable and process-driven- Eager to learn and ask questions
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Local to Rockville, MD, or surrounding areas
- Reliable transportation and a clean background check are required
