They specialize in crafting exquisite custom homes with impeccable attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team and help elevate their brand to new heights.Key Responsibilities:As a Sales Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to luxury sell homes—you’ll hone your skills using world-class training. You’ll have an opportunity to generate ideas and “run with it” such as social media posts, unique techniques to connect with local Realtors and contributing to social events for both new home buyers and our partners. You’ll learn how to capture the imagination of our prospects and see how their dreams are converted into beautiful, luxury homes.Requirements:At least 5-8 years of sales experience with a proven track recordEnergizing leads and sustaining relationships through the customer acquisition lifestyle.The ability to learn and grow with a hyper-focus and understanding of a buyer’s journey—from initial interest through to final sale.Dedication to detail: The home buyers, often spending $2-3M+, expect a high-quality, custom home experience.Ability to manage multiple concurrent asks while ensuring that all information systems remain accurate and up to date.Self-starter: Once you understand the role, you can independently execute and get things done with minimal supervision.Life-long learner: Always looking to expand your craft, improve your skills, and strive to be the best in the industry.Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to meet clients at various locations.
