Looking for a fast-paced role where you can make a real impact? As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the key to streamlining our sales processes and ensuring Client satisfaction.

As a Sales Coordinator, you love the client relationship, and your greatest strength is behind the scenes managing the process. You are a fast learner and have the ability to organically grow sales in existing relationships. You excel at follow-up and managing the details – you are the glue that holds everything together to exceed client expectations. You are a self-starter, motivated to see the team succeed, and you are looking for a fast-paced environment to reach your potential. 

Previous experience in the Telecom industry with executive relationships is a definite plus! You must have prior experience supporting sales teams and nudging the team to achieve established goals. You are motivated and comfortable with a base + commission compensation structure – you can also value and sell to our clients. 

Day-to-day activities include:

  • Work with inside/outside sales reps in our West region when problems arise and communicate solutions to clients in order to enhance the client experience
  • Collaborate with vendors and purchasing to generate quotations, sales orders and purchase orders
  • Create quotes, purchase orders, verify estimated ship dates, create transfer orders and confirm shipments
  • Partner with sales reps to ensure quotes are followed up on and/or closed out to achieve quarterly sales, margin and gross profit goals
  • Manage vendor relationships by offering feedback and engaging suppliers when opportunities arise
