In-House Sales Coordinator Culligan of ChicoFull-Time | MondayFriday Culligan of Chico is hiring a Sales Coordinator to play a vital role in our sales success managing leads, booking appointments, and supporting customers from first contact through installation. This is a revenue-generating position that directly impacts every family, every day!Key ResponsibilitiesManage inbound leads (portal, website, phone, referrals, campaigns); make outbound touches daily to book consultations and water testsFollow up on unsold estimates; identify upsell/replacement opportunities; support the Outside Sales pipelineCoordinate, optimize, and resolve customer scheduling conflicts for Outside Sales calendars.Maintain CRM accuracy, track KPIs, and support reportingKPIs: outbound touches, lead response time, appointment conversion, follow-up completion, CRM accuracy, customer satisfactionRequired: strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; professional phone etiquette; Google Suite/CRM proficiency; team-first attitudePreferred: inside sales, call center, CRM, or home services/water treatment experienceBenefits: competitive hourly wage + incentives, medical/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays, retirement plan, training and advancement opportunities Role mix: ~45% inside sales, 35% customer service, 10% admin.Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
