With a wide portfolio of brands - both well-known and more exclusive - our priority is always exceptional customer service and meeting customer expectations wherever possible.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time showroom position based at Stanley Green, Cheadle Hulme. Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm, with one weekday off. We remain closed on bank holidays, Easter weekend, and from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day.QualificationsIndustry experience is certainly beneficial, but the most important qualities are strong communication skills, confidence when engaging with customers and a motivated work ethic geared towards achieving sales. While we do not operate a high-pressure selling environment, we are a busy showroom, so efficient time management is essential. Full training will be provided, so candidates without tile or bathroom experience are still encouraged to apply.SalaryWe reward performance through a straightforward commission structure that enables focused and driven team members to earn over £40k per year. The scheme is uncapped, meaning higher earnings are achievable through outstanding customer service and sales performance.
