You will gain exposure to multiple industries, business models and go-to-market strategies while developing highly valuable commercial skills.ResponsibilitiesBook meetings for Account Executives through cold and warm outreachQualify new leads generated through outbound and inbound prospectingBuild and maintain outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and phoneResearch target organisations, identifying key stakeholders, initiatives and opportunity signalsComplete the ORRJO Sales Bootcamp to develop the skills, tools and methodology needed to succeedWork closely with managers through regular 1:1s and structured 30-60-90 development plansDevelop a strong understanding of ORRJO’s clients and confidently represent their value propositions in marketConsistently achieve activity targets and performance goalsAbout YouWe are looking for people who are ambitious, resilient and eager to build a career in sales.Backgrounds in hospitality, retail, sport or other competitive team environments are strongly encouraged.You will likely demonstrate:Humble, hungry and smart mindsetCompetitive and results-driven attitudeConfidence communicating with new people every dayStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to listen, understand objections and build trust quicklyExcellent time management and organisationOwnership mentality and accountability for resultsA willingness to step outside your comfort zone and continuously improveBenefitsCompetitive salary with uncapped performance bonusRegular company socials and team events30 days holiday
