AIM are looking for a confident, highly motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join the AIM Sales Team.

About AIM:

AIM Computers Solutions, Inc, part of Valsoft Corporation is a leading US based software company specializing in manufacturing solutions specific to the automotive industry. Our products provide automotive suppliers with robust information in order to better run their production facilities.  Inventory accuracy, production press side labeling, lot control are just a few of the areas our customers have benefited from using AIM products. The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying new inbound leads, sourcing outbound leads, and re-engaging existing leads already in our database. Your goal is to turn these engagements into meetings and new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential automotive suppliers prospects.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including market research, cold calling, partner channels and email outreach.
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential clients, understanding their needs, and setting up introductory meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies to close deals. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, automotive initiatives, and procurement processes to better position our software.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and communications with potential clients in our CRM system.

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales roles with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. 
  • Strong research and lead generation skills.   
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.  
  • Previous experience in software sales and automotive supplier knowledge is a plus.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US and can commute to the Michigan office.
