As a Sales Development Representative at Firefly, you will play a crucial role in our sales and growth strategy. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by engaging in outbound sales activities, including cold outreach via phone, social media, and email. Your primary goal will be to identify and qualify leads in order to schedule network assessments for our account executive team. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to continually improve and optimize sales materials and templates. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily cold outreach to potential clients via phone, social media, and email.
• Identify and qualify leads to ensure they align with our target customer profile.
• Schedule Network Reviews to evaluate clients' IT infrastructure and cybersecurity needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities.
• Track and report daily outreach numbers to measure performance and progress.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine and enhance sales materials and templates.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, & services to effectively sell our value proposition.
• Attend regular training sessions to further develop your skills and knowledge.
• Attend and contribute within regularly scheduled sales meetings.
• Provide exceptional first impressions to facilitate the formation of strong client relationships.
