You will be responsible for maintaining accurate client and prospect records, supporting producers in new business prospecting, and partnering with the marketing team to deliver targeted campaigns and communications.Essential Duties and Functions:CRM Ownership & SupportMaster and own Microsoft Dynamics, serving as the in-house expert and resource for the teamManage CRM data for clients and prospects, ensuring accurate input, updates, and ongoing maintenanceNew Business Prospecting Campaign ManagementQualify new business opportunities by cross-referencing CRM data with other B&B teams to avoid conflicts and confirm lead ownershipLeverage CRM and other data sources to develop and manage targeted prospects lists (by industry, employer size, geography, etc.)Manage prospect push campaigns leveraging B&B Intellectual Capital, whitepapers, compliance updates and webinarsNew Business Proposal SupportMaster proposal database (Loopio) and take first pass as responding to broker/consulting proposals in tandem with associated sales leadAssist in developing finalist meeting presentations and pitch decksMarketing & CommunicationsPartner with the marketing team to execute outbound communications, promotions, and new business development initiativesHelp refine messaging and ensure CRM-driven campaigns are effectively deployedCompetencies:Organization & ExecutionPlans and manages time effectively, follows through on tasks, and delivers high-quality work on deadline.Strong CommunicationAbility to convey complex information clearly and effectively to sales teams and stakeholders.Project ManagementAbility to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Analytical ThinkingSkills to interpret sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.Technical ProficiencyFamiliarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.AdaptabilityEmbraces change and adjust priorities or work style as needed.Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
