- Interface directly with customers to generate and grow sales \n\t
- Provide technical support via phone and email \n\t
- Collaborate with sales representatives to support business development efforts \n\t
- Generate and manage documentation for production \n\t
- Support internal production and operations teams as needed \n\t
- Assist in facilitating day-to-day operational activities \n

\n\nQualifications\n\n
- \n\t
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset \n\t
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n\t
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities \n\t
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a professional environment \n\t
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills \n\t
- Industrial experience or technical background is a plus \n

- Competitive base salary: $100,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience) \n\t
