We are looking for a dedicated Sales Engineer passionate about providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the integrity of our nation's bridges.  This will be an outside sales position focusing on our line of high-load, multi-rotational bearings.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Travel up to 50% to maintain, develop, and grow customer base and relationships on assigned product line
  • Meet and present to design firms, government agencies, and general contractors who specify and purchase our products
  • Read and understand technical drawings and specifications
  • Obtain quote feedback and enter into CRM
  • Assist Sales & Marketing team with product approvals
  • Assist customers & internal personnel in resolution of sales order, invoicing, and shipping issues
  • Rapidly adapt to evolving priorities and environments.
  • Uphold the company's professional image during client interactions.
  • Manage travel logistics, including flights, car rentals, and accommodations.

Requirements

Position Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION: High school diploma required.  B.S. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • EXPERIENCE (Years): 2-5 years of sales experience preferred
  • SKILLS:
    • Time management
    • Microsoft Office
    • Leadership and directive abilities
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking
    • Basic hand tools proficiency

Benefits

  • $65,000-85,000 base salary commensurate with experience
