Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring for a Sales Engineer to immerse yourself into the fascinating world of ultrasonic welding. Our machines join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens and metals with ultrasonic vibrations. The technology is used in medical, electronics, food, automotive and many other industries. With nearly 700 global employees, we operate from 20 countries worldwide. Job Profile Achieve sales targets for a defined territory Determine monthly and annual budget, strategy, and action plan to reach long‑term sales goals of the product line Manage current customers and identify new leads based on core applications for the defined territory Utilize the CRM system to track customer activities, projects, quotations and follow‑ups Conduct on‑site customer visits as needed, with up to 50% overnight travel Define customer project requirements and determine application feasibility Manage the lifecycle of projects and interact with internal and external customers as needed Participate and follow‑up on trade shows, web‑based inquiries and seminars Perform in‑house and on‑site customer seminars Engage with the NONWOVENS team at the global headquarters location in Germany to support global trade shows, key customer visits and coordination of large‑scale projects Benefits Health Benefits – various health plans, flexible spending account, dental and vision plan insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability insurance, life insurance Financial Benefits 401(k) Paid holidays Paid vacation days Standardized bonus based on employee and company performance Requirements Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a technical field from an accredited institution A minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the process equipment industry Proven sales records in selling process equipment Excellent communication skills and motivation to build long‑term relationships with customers and colleagues Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably smartCRM Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
