USA Coil & Air is one of the largest and most experienced commercial HVAC coil replacement manufacturers in the United States. For over 50 years, contractors, engineers, and building owners have trusted us for custom-built coils, fan coil units, air handlers, heat exchangers, and fluid coolers. We're hiring a Sales Engineer to join our quoting team. This is a customer-facing technical role — you'll work directly with contractors, engineers, and building owners to understand their replacement needs, select the right equipment, and deliver accurate quotes. You'll own a book of work and be expected to handle it independently once trained. What you'll do: Review customer RFQs, specifications, and drawings to determine the right replacement Provide accurate, same-day quotes for standard and mid-complexity jobs Communicate directly with customers to clarify requirements, recommend solutions, and close orders Use internal tools and AI-assisted systems to increase accuracy and speed What we're looking for: 5–15 years of experience quoting engineered-to-order products (HVAC coils ideal, but heat exchangers, custom mechanical equipment, sheet metal, pressure vessels, chillers, or similar also work) Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specs, and equipment schedules Methodical attention to detail under volume — you'll handle multiple quotes per day Self-directed work style — after training, you own your work Strong communication skills — you're on the phone with customers daily On-site in southeastern Pennsylvania What we offer: $90,000–$110,000 base with structured 6-month review and raise Health benefits and 401(k) Profitable, stable company where your work is visible and your expertise matters Direct line to ownership — no layers of middle management AI-powered quoting tools and modern technology investment A team that values getting it right and rewards people who take the work seriously #J-18808-Ljbffr
