We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer specializing in industrial air filtration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both engineering and sales, with the ability to understand complex filtration systems and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients. This role involves working closely with all stakeholders to provide customized filtration solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial air filtration market.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Understand and stay current on industrial air filtration technologies, products, and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with the vendor engineering teams to design and propose customized filtration solutions.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their specific filtration needs and challenges.
    • Analyze client requirements and propose the most effective and efficient air filtration solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Manage and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure successful implementation and operation of filtration systems.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential areas for product development.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage installation projects from point of sale to completion.
    • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal team to maintain budget and project timeline.
