Job description:
We are seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our team! You must have at least 1 year of experience in estimating asphalt/ concrete services. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales/estimating asphalt or concrete
Demonstrated Project Estimation skills, including measuring, scoping, and preparing detailed, accurate proposals.
Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems, email) for documentation and communication.
Previous experience in construction, facilities services, pavement or surface maintenance (parking lots, asphalt, concrete, sealcoating, striping, etc.), or a related industry is preferred.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Good negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
