The ideal candidate will be able to:Proactively seek out and acquire new clients, driving the growth of our SAP B1 businesses.Accurately identify the needs, developing and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential customers, primarily within the engineering and manufacturing industries.Provide exceptional customer support by guiding clients towards successful outcomes.Foster strong relationships with both clients and internal team members to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.Responsibilities: -Develop new accounts, services existing Customers; expand product range and usage in the assigned territory with a proactive mindset that focuses on exceeding sales growth.Ensure personal sales target is met.Cultivate strong relationship with customer.Able to organize and plan proper scheduling sales activities.Manage existing customers and prospect of new customers’ especially targeted market in engineering and manufacturing industries.Ensure timely and accurate forecast – monthly and quarterly.Maintain healthy pipeline (sales funnel) size – 3x of target.Timely and accurate submission of report (Eg, sales activity report etc).Execute the objectives of the BFT sales activities to ensure good sales management.Prepare sales report as required by the business unit head or management.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCandidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Computer Science/ IT related field.2-3 years in B2B sales experienceExperience in selling software, products or services (E.g., SAP B1/ JDE ERP.) are a bonus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and ability to work under pressure.Sales driven and good customer support*Ads showing are excluded quarterly incentiveBenefits:Enjoy a competitive base salary that matches your experience, and performance bonus that rewards your performance.Rest assured with comprehensive life and health insurance coverage.Grow your skills and knowledge with our continued learning and development programs and learn from our experienced mentors.
