Position Summary The Sales Executive k ey responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining the relationship with the account to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance, and informing strategic decisions. Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any concerns is also a crucial part of the job. Key Outcomes Achieve high customer satisfaction and foster strong, long term relationships with customers by proactively managing interactions and addressing their needs, ensuring Buckman remains an attractive partner and reducing the risk for attrition. Actions: Conduct regular business reviews to align on goals and expectations. Provide detailed service reports on customer-requested subjects, delivered on an agreed-upon frequency. Organize customer entertainment events (e.g., lunches, dinners, team-building exercises) to strengthen rapport and engagement. Offer tailored savings projects to support customer efficiency and cost reduction. Respond promptly to service calls and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries. Perform data mining to identify potential issues and opportunities, delivering insights as requested by the customer. Drive continuous improvement by delivering savings projects that help customers enhance their processes, targeting a 10% improvement in sales annually through value-driven solutions. Actions: Propose chemical and/or digital solutions to help lower customer costs. Identify opportunities for process changes and assist the customer with implementing those improvements. Optimize applications and process variables/controls to enhance efficiency and drive cost savings for the customer. Achieve annual sales targets by driving account growth through increased volumes and the successful introduction of new applications. Actions: Commercialize new applications to expand the range of solutions offered to customers. Increase volumes of existing applications to enhance customer performance and drive sales growth. Collaborate with the sales manager to identify and prioritize target applications that align with customer needs and business opportunities. Provide exceptional service to accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive support and effective solutions. Actions: Write detailed service reports to keep customers informed of progress and outcomes. Conduct application testing and monitoring to ensure optimal performance. Hold regular business reviews with customers to address needs and gather feedback. Troubleshoot process and application issues to resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
