Position Summary
Four Seasons Manufacturing is seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive with a strong hunter mentality to lead new business development efforts. This role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new injection molding opportunities while expanding relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in injection molding sales and thrives in a performance-focused, growth-oriented manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in injection molding and thermoplastic manufacturing
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue across proprietary brands and contract manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical and commercial partner
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project management teams to develop competitive solutions and quotes
- Lead customer presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Track pipeline activity, sales forecasts, and key performance metrics
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Represent Four Seasons Manufacturing at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in injection molding or thermoplastic manufacturing
- Proven track record of new business development and closing complex manufacturing sales
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts
- Technical understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and tooling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
- Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and business development efforts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling both custom contract manufacturing and proprietary product lines
- Background working with OEMs across industrial, consumer, or automotive markets
- CRM experience and data-driven sales management approach
