It also distributes content to global streaming services, cable operators, and movie theaters, serving as the Asian media hub for AAPI communities across the country.

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive (General Market) to join our growing team, who will be responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting, developing, and managing relationships with key agencies and brands focused on general market audiences.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, research, and engage prospective clients, with a focus on general market brands and agencies.
  • Conduct daily outreach to build a robust pipeline of potential clients interested in video and CTV inventory.
  • Schedule and lead initial calls and meetings, effectively presenting our value proposition and product offerings.
  • Develop and manage relationships with decision-makers at agencies and brands.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their advertising needs and provide tailored video and CTV solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close new business and secure renewals.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company-wide initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to the product team to influence product development based on client needs and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Work with the AdOps Team to optimize campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and messaging to running partners on performance of campaigns.
  • Update CRM on a daily basis and maintain sales pipeline.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a focus on video and connected TV in the DEI/Multicultural space
  • Proven success in prospecting, client acquisition, and revenue generation
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, video, and CTV ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment

ODK Media, Inc. offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated base salary for the Sales Executive role ranges from ($80,000 to $100,000), not including commission. Actual compensation is based upon factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
