Sales Executive – HVAC Solutions Chicago, IL ($120K Base + Commission + Benefits)A well-established HVAC contractor and solutions provider serving the Chicago metro area is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join their team.This role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions across commercial and industrial projects.Role Overview:Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, general contractors, and facility managersPrepare and present HVAC proposals, bids, and value-engineered solutionsCollaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to deliver accurate project scopesManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closeTrack pipeline activity and consistently meet or exceed sales targetsWhat You Bring:Proven experience in HVAC, mechanical, or construction-related salesStrong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation processesEstablished network within the Chicago construction or facilities market is a plusAbility to develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat businessExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetCompensation & Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision 401(k) Generous PTO Car allowance / travel reimbursement Performance-based bonuses
