Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The primary objective of this role is to drive revenue by managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster ongoing business and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead capture and nurturing.
  • Analyze market trends and inform management of opportunities for innovation or improving products/services.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales pipelines and customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and analytics platforms to track performance metrics.
  • Understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) products and IT services, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to utilize data-driven insights to improve sales strategies and approaches.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the B2B sector, with a focus on SaaS and IT sales.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, demonstrating a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in SaaS sales, with the ability to articulate technical products and solutions effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, showcasing an understanding of business needs and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients across various levels.
