As a Sales Floor Manager/Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our sales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM tools effectively to enhance customer interactions and manage sales leads.
- Work service to sales opportunities, ensuring seamless transitions and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to sales representatives, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall dealership performance.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to strategize and stay ahead.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales management within the automotive industry.
- Fluency in CRM utilization and a proven track record of maximizing its potential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to convert service opportunities into sales.
