As a Sales Floor Manager/Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our sales operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM tools effectively to enhance customer interactions and manage sales leads.
  • Work service to sales opportunities, ensuring seamless transitions and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales representatives, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall dealership performance.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to strategize and stay ahead.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales management within the automotive industry.
  • Fluency in CRM utilization and a proven track record of maximizing its potential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to convert service opportunities into sales.
