Sales Head Apply
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulating sales strategies and action plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying target markets, segments, and key accounts, as well as exploring new business opportunities and potential partnerships.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals set for the USA region. This requires closely monitoring sales performance, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, guidance, and motivation to ensure their success. This involves setting individual and team performance targets, conducting performance reviews, and offering coaching and training when needed.
- Staying updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities is crucial. Conducting market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape, identify market gaps, and create strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and major stakeholders is essential for business growth. You'll engage with them regularly, understand their needs, and address any concerns to foster long-term partnerships.
- Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, is essential for success. Collaborative efforts ensure that sales strategies are aligned with marketing campaigns, product improvements, and excellent customer support.
- Managing the sales budget for the USA region. This includes allocating resources efficiently, optimizing costs, and making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.
- Presenting sales performance, forecasting, and progress towards goals, accompanied by strategic insights and action plans.
- Continuously evaluating and refining the sales process is crucial to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You'll identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and ensure the adoption of best practices within the sales team.
- Overall, as the Sales Head for the USA region, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's revenue growth and market expansion by leading the sales team, crafting effective strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
QUALIFICATION & REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven 15 20 Yrs experience in sales leadership roles, within the IT Service Industry
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
