• Greet customers (in-store & online), respond quickly, and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Engage shoppers via phone, text, email, and social to set firm appointments and move deals forward.

• Present products, demonstrate features/benefits, and guide customers through an easy buying process.

• Handle complaints with empathy and tact while following store policies.

• Keep the sales floor, signage, and displays sharp and on-brand.

• Operate CRM and DMS tools accurately; balance simple transactions when needed.

• Hit and exceed daily/weekly appointment and sales goals.

• Promote current offers and promotions; cross-sell accessories, protection, and service options.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and coachability.

• Clear communication (phone, text, email) and strong follow-up discipline.

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced showroom.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's a plus).

• Clean background and clean driving record; no felony (must pass pre-employment screens).

• Retail sales or customer-facing experience preferred; auto sales a plus (not required).

• Strong basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
