Guaranteed Training Pay + Commission

Expected Annual Income: $75,000 $180,000+

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles

Manage internet leads and customer follow-up

Build relationships with customers in person, online, and by phone

Create short-form video and social media content

Post approved content across designated platforms

Maintain CRM activity and customer communications

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Represent the dealership professionally at all times

Content may be used for advertising, recruiting, training, and promotional purposes in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Driver's License

Professional appearance and positive attitude

Comfortable appearing on camera

Basic computer and smartphone skills

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Initial interviews are conducted virtually via Zoom.

Interview appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Missed interviews will not be rescheduled.
