MANDATORY TRAINING REQUIREMENT
All new hires must attend and complete 100% of required training
Full attendance is required
No late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions
Failure to complete training in full will result in disqualification
Training is paid and professionally structured

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell vehicles and services in person and online
Handle internet leads, follow-ups, and customer communications
Create short-form video and social media content daily
Post approved content to designated platforms
Represent the dealership professionally at all times
Follow established sales, marketing, and engagement processes

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT OWNERSHIP POLICY
All content created during employment is the sole property of the dealership and affiliated partners
Content may be used for marketing, advertising, training, and promotional purposes
Ownership of content may not be contested

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
Valid driver's license
Professional appearance and attitude
Willingness to be on camera and create digital content
Ability to work a flexible schedule
