MANDATORY PAID TRAINING

All new hires must successfully complete our paid training program.

• 100% attendance is required

• No late arrivals or early departures

• Full participation is mandatory

• Successful completion is required for continued employment

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process

• Handle internet leads and digital inquiries

• Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and social media

• Create engaging short-form video and social media content

• Promote dealership inventory across approved platforms

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction

• Follow dealership sales processes and standards

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT POLICY

As a condition of employment:

• Videos, photographs, and digital content created during employment or as part of assigned job duties remain the property of the dealership.

• Content may be used for advertising, marketing, recruiting, training, and promotional purposes.

• Employees agree to this policy as part of their employment.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

• Professional appearance

• Strong communication skills

• Willingness to appear on camera for social media content

• Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
