Title: Sales Manager
Location: Remote (USA-based), with occasional travel
Territory: Global, focusing on North America and Europe
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a global sales team to exceed targets
- Implement and drive global sales and marketing plans
- Leverage technical expertise to deliver tailored, ROI-driven solutions
- Develop and present compelling business cases to customers
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities
- Build lasting relationships with key customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth solution delivery
- Manage the entire sales funnel and pipeline
- Provide actionable insights on sales performance and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced technical qualification is a plus
- 5-7 years of technical sales leadership experience, preferably in warehouse robotics or automation for garments
- Strong experience in international sales, particularly in North America and Europe
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical systems and deliver clear, ROI-driven business cases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and Microsoft Office suite
