Job Title: Sales Manager (Jewellery Manufacturing)
Location: Hyderabad, North India, Mumbai, Ahmedabad
Role & Responsibilities:
Market Presence: Develop and maintain a strong presence in the local markets for our jewellery manufacturing business.
Client Engagement: Work closely with the Mumbai office to build stock for the market and engage with clients, fostering strong relationships to enhance sales opportunities.
Business Development: Identify and pitch to new clients, introducing them to our products and services, while continuously seeking opportunities to expand our client base.
Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial client contact to closing deals and handling payment processes, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, including pricing adjustments and inventory management.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Industry Experience: Prior experience in the jewellery industry is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales and business development, with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and nurture client relationships, coupled with effective negotiation and persuasion skills.
Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the jewellery markets, including key players, trends, and competition.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different market dynamics and cultural nuances across diverse locations.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Experience Range:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2/4 years in a managerial role.
Prior experience in the jewellery industry will be advantageous
