Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will lead a team of B2B sales representatives while also managing their own client base. This role focuses on overseeing the sales process, driving business growth, and supporting the team to reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Growth:

    • Manage your own clients and drive revenue growth.
    • Help sales reps find and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Build strong relationships with clients to retain and grow accounts.
    • Attend networking events to build connections and increase visibility.
    • Provide sales training to support team growth and company goals.
    • Mentor new and existing sales reps.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Hire, train, and develop a successful sales team.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure the team hits their targets.
    • Set clear goals, objectives, and incentives for the team.
    • Plan for busy seasons and ensure the team is fully staffed.
  • Sales Team Management:

    • Oversee daily activities of the sales team to ensure productivity.
    • Review sales performance and analyze monthly results.
    • Monitor team metrics to ensure they are hitting their targets.
  • Team Culture:

    • Promote a sense of urgency, professionalism, and accountability.
    • Lead by example to uphold company values and mission.
  • Additional Duties:

    • Take on other tasks as needed by leadership.
  • Client Relations and Recruiting:

    • Work closely with recruiting teams to meet client needs.
    • Regularly meet with clients to ensure they're happy with services.
    • Reconnect with past clients to bring in new business.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
    • Experience in the staffing industry is required.
  • Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM software experience is a plus.
  • Leadership and Sales Skills:

    • Strong ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team.
    • Proven track record of sales growth and business development.
    • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Motivated for career growth and professional development.
    • Eager to embrace new technology and improve processes.
